Battery replacement shipping label
Please buy and print a label and send your tracker to us - then we replace the batteries and send it back to you. If there is no delivery method for your country, please contact support@cphtrackers.com or use your own carrier.
It can take 2-4 business days to deliver to and from our address and we only work on weekdays so the process can take a week or two.
When we change the batteries, we first open the plastic casing and finish by welding the electronics into a new casing. We solder batteries on and off and reset the tracker in the database. Then we update the firmware and test the functionality of the tracker. Finally, we pack the tracker in product and shipping packaging and send the package to you.
The tracker is like new when you get it back and must be installed as new in the app.
It is important that you enter your tracker's IMEI number in the box at the bottom below. You can find the IMEI number on the back of your tracker or in the app.

Prepare the package
Pack your return items and the return slip in your return packaging. Make sure the package is packed securely and according to the carrier's requirements.

Download and print your shipping label.
Affix the shipping label to the largest, flat surface of the package. Ensure that your shipping label is legible and do not cover the barcode with tape.
