Buy and print a label and send your tracker in to us - we'll change the batteries and send it back to you.
How long does it take?
With freight back and forth and labour time (weekdays only), the process typically takes a week or two.
What do I need to do?
Just enter your IMEI number in the bottom field.
Do you have more than 1 tracker? Write extra IMEI numbers physically on the order confirmation/invoice.
How does the battery change work?
We open the plastic casing and weld the electronics into a new casing. We solder the old batteries off and the new ones on, and reset the tracker in our database. Then we update the firmware and test the functionality of the tracker. Finally, the tracker is packed in packaging with new foam tape and manual. It is then sent to a GLS parcel shop near you.
When you receive the tracker
The tracker will be like new when you get it back and must be installed as new in your app.

Prepare the package
Pack your return items and the return slip in your return packaging. Make sure the package is packed securely and according to the carrier's requirements.

Download and print your shipping label.
Affix the shipping label to the largest, flat surface of the package. Ensure that your shipping label is legible and do not cover the barcode with tape.
