Start your return

Here, you will find your return form and prepaid return label. You do not need to contact us to return your order.

Returns are paid by the customer, but you are welcome to use one of our prepaid return labels. In that case, we will deduct a return shipping fee of 9,99 € (DHL) or 23,99 € (GLS) from your refund. Our DHL return label is not valid for larger furniture, bulky goods or oversized parcels. You can use our GLS return label for oversized parcels (but not for larger furniture). For larger furniture, please contact us.

We recommend returning the items in their original packaging to prevent a reduction in value of the items.

Once we have received your return, it can take up to 14 working days for us to process it. If your return meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund. You will receive a confirmation mail, once the amount has been refunded.

If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount including the shipping price (minus a return shipping fee as stated above). If your order was shipped for free and you decide to return a part of your order, a shipping fee of 8,99 € will be deducted from your refund, if the remaining order value is below the amount that qualifies for free shipping (249 €).
