Return / Refund Policy
Please note. Within 30 days of receiving goods, the return must be registered in this service, or notify us that the return must begin. If the valid return period has exceeded you will be charged an extra administrative cost of EUR 15€. After assessing the condition of the product, the money is refunded as soon as possible to the same funds that were used for payment.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer any exchanges. If you need a different item than the one you bought, send in your return first and then order the correct item.

This return document contains both your shipping label and your return slip. Download and print the return document.

Prepare your return package
Cut carefully along the dotted line to separate the return slip from the shipping label. Please place your return items and your return slip in the return packaging. Attach your shipping label to the exterior of the package using tape.
NB! Make sure that the label is legible and do not cover the barcode on the label with tape or similar.

Hand in your return package at the carrier’s service point. Find your nearest here.
Don't have access to a printer?
Don't worry. Your return request is available as a label-free return. Write your code on the outside of your item's packaging. Please write the numbers clearly and legibly.
