At Gemini Atelier, we have a 14 days return policy. So within 14 days from the date you placed your order, you can return it fully or partially. The items you wish to return should be in the same exact condition as when you received them: unused, tags still attached, never worn and in their original sealed emballage for products like toys or objects. We do not accept any return on the following products: skincare or cosmetic products, underwear or items on final sale.

We recommend returning the items in their original packaging to prevent a reduction in value of the items and we reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met.

Once we have received your return, it can take up to 14 working days for us to process it. If your return meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund.

Once the refund is being processed, you will receive a confirmation mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show on your bank statement.

Wether you return some products or the entirety of your order, you will receive a refund corresponding to the amount for the return goods, including the shipping cost if you paid for it.

If your order was eligible for free shipping and the remaining of your order, minus the returned products, is below the amount to qualify for free shipping, a shipping fee of 49kr will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the return cost is at the expense of the customer.
