Shipmondo) on behalf of Kristian Gabler Coaching AS (hereafter referred to as the Webshop). The Webshop is the owner of the return portal and provider of the freight services on the return portal.
Payment
Shipmondo is the mediator of the payment transaction between you and the Webshop, provided that the Webshop accepts payment for the return shipping.
The return shipping on the return portal is priced by the Webshop, and all amounts are stated including VAT.
Shipmondo accepts online payments with: Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, MaestroCard, JCB, American Express and Diners Card. Shipmondo does not charge any transaction fee for your purchase.
The transaction takes place with an encrypted connection via Worldline, which means that the connection is completely secure. Shipmondo will at no time have access to your card information and the amount will be automatically transferred between the banks.
Payment will be made immediately after authorization of the transaction.
Delivery
Right after your order and payment, you will receive an email with a shipping label for your return shipment, possibly a return slip, and a receipt for your purchase.
Right of cancellation
There is a 14-day full return policy from the time of purchase for unused shipping labels.
A shipping label is used when it has received a scan upon submission to the carrier’s service point or has otherwise been handed over to the carrier.
Cancellation must be reported to the Webshop within the deadline. The notice must be given per email, where you must clearly inform that you wish to use your right of cancellation. You will find the Webshop’s email address on the Webshop’s website.
Complaints and claims
Shipmondo is the provider of the return portal solution and mediator of the payment transaction between you and the Webshop. Shipmondo does not handle the physical freight and is therefore not a carrier or a shipping agent.
The Webshop is the owner of the return portal and provider of the freight services on the return portal. In the event of a complaint, for example, in the event of loss or damage of the return shipment, contact the Webshop’s customer service directly.
Personal data policy
When you order a return shipment and pass on the information yourself, Shipmondo receives this information. As the data controller, Shipmondo processes your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information will only be used and stored for the purpose for which it was collected.
Shipmondo uses third parties to process some of your personal information. Shipmondo has entered into data processing agreements with the relevant partners as a guarantee that the applicable rules on the protection of personal data are complied with.
