Proem Parades provides a 14-day full return policy, valid from the day you receive your goods. All you have to do is fil in this return slip and enclose it with the goods, preferably with a copy of the invoice.

If you wish to return an item, the item must be in the same condition as upon receipt, which means it should be un-used, in original packaging and with an intact price tag on.

Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We only refund to the credit card with which the goods were purchased. This is to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards.

Remember to send your return shipment by insured mail and get a tracking number. Return of goods is at the buyer's own expense and responsibility.

Please tell us the reason for returning your items, using the return codes below and quantity. In the event of a complaint, errors, defects or of non-delivery, please contact customer service by e-mail: hello@proem-parades.com

In case of complaint

If you have received an item that you believe has an error, please send an email to hello@proem-parades.com with attached photos and a precise description of the error. We will then contact you and arrange the further course with you. The advertised item should not be returned to our warehouse.
