On this page you can return items purchased from us.

On this page you can pay for the shipping fee and get a shipping label as well as a return form for your return. Once the payment is complete, you’ll be able to download both your return form and your shipping label on the Receipt page. Both documents will also be sent to your e-mail address. Remember to fill out your return form. Item(s) sent back to us without the return form will not be accepted.

NOTE: Your return has to be delivered to a GLS courier.

Once we have received your return, our customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return meets the requirements (please read the return policy for more information), we will refund your purchase. The amount will be returned to your account within 10 working days.

Prepare your return package

Please place your return items and, if applicable, your return slip in the return packaging. Attach your shipping label to the exterior of the package using tape.

NB! Make sure that the label is legible and do not cover the barcode on the label with tape or similar.
