1. Make sure that all criteria on the previous pages have been met before creating your return.

2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a comparable shipping box. The package must not exceed the dimensions of 30 × 25 × 10 cm and must not weigh more than 650 grams.

3. Fill out the fields below and provide your order number as well as the items you wish to return.

4. After purchase, you will receive an email with your return label, which must be printed and securely attached to the package.

5. The package must be handed over to the shipping carrier no later than 14 days after you have received the return label by email.​‌

  1. Prepare the package

    Pack your return items and, possibly, the return slip in your return packaging. Make sure the package is packed securely and according to the carrier's requirements.

  2. Shipping label

    Download and print your shipping label.

    Affix the shipping label to the largest, flat surface of the package. Ensure that your shipping label is legible and do not cover the barcode with tape.

  3. Hand in your package
