  • 14denní lhůta pro vrácení zboží od obdržení zásilky
  • Štítek pro vrácení stojí 469 CZK (0–10 kg) a jeho cena bude odečtena z částky vrácení
  • Vrácení peněz proběhne do 1–5 pracovních dnů po obdržení vrácené zásilky
Požadavky na balíček pro vrácení:
  1. Do balíčku vložte dodací list nebo číslo objednávky
  2. Číslo objednávky uveďte při objednávání štítku pro vrácení
  3. Maximální velikost balíčku: 60 cm a 10 kg
  4. Původní obal musí být v bezvadném stavu – nepřilepujte pásku ani štítky přímo na obal

Pokud nejsou požadavky splněny, může být z částky vrácení odečten příslušný poplatek.

Upozornění:
 Lyžařské hole nelze vrátit pomocí štítku pro vrácení.
 Lyže nelze vrátit z důvodu namontovaného vázání.
