14-dňové právo na vrátenie tovaru od doručenia objednávky

Štítok na vrátenie tovaru stojí 20 € (0–10 kg) a táto suma bude odpočítaná z vrátenej sumy

Vrátenie peňazí sa uskutoční do 1–2 pracovných dní po prijatí vráteného tovaru


Požiadavky na vrátenú zásielku:


Do zásielky priložte dodací list alebo číslo objednávky

Pri žiadosti o vrátenú zásielku uveďte číslo objednávky

Maximálna veľkosť zásielky: 60 cm a 10 kg

Pôvodný obal musí byť v bezchybnom stave; nelepte lepiacu pásku ani štítky priamo na obal

Ak nebudú splnené tieto podmienky, môže dôjsť k zníženiu výšky vrátenej sumy.


Poznámka:


Lyžiarske palice nie je možné vrátiť pomocou vrátenej zásielky. Lyže nemôžeme prijať späť kvôli namontovaným viazaniam.
