De prijs is 15 EUR per pakket, dit wordt automatisch verrekend als we de geretourneerde goederen behandelen en terugbetalen op uw betaalkaart. 


Vul hieronder uw gegevens in en op de volgende bladzijde kunt u uw retourporto opvragen, het zal ook naar het aangegeven emailadres gestuurd worden.


Na ontvangst van uw retourpakket zal onze klantendienst het zo snel mogelijk verwerken. Als uw geretourneerde bestelling aan de voorwaarden voor retournering voldoet, betalen wij uw aankoop terug en anders hoort u vanzelfsprekend van ons.

  1. Prepare the package

    Pack your return items and the return slip in your return packaging. Make sure the package is packed securely and according to the carrier's requirements.

  2. Shipping label

    Download and print your shipping label.

    Affix the shipping label to the largest, flat surface of the package. Ensure that your shipping label is legible and do not cover the barcode with tape.

    Simply present the QR code below when handing in your package. The QR code has also been sent to your email.

  3. Hand in your package

    Drop off the package at a parcel shop. Find your nearest here.
