You can return items purchased from us within 14 days from date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by without handing in your return to a Service Point a refund can't be offered.


Several types of goods are exempted from being returned: goods with opened seal (underwear and socks) or sale items. No return or exchange on gift cards, deposits and pre-order fees, books, newspapers, magazines, DVD, CD. We also do not accept returns or exchange on products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, gases or flammable liquids such as scents and perfumes.


Our returns are paid by customers and are booked on this return portal. Return shipping costs might vary depending on your location. 


On this page you can pay for the shipping fee and get a return slip for your return.

Once the payment is complete, you’ll be able to download both your return slip and your shipping label on the Receipt page. Both documents will also be sent to your e-mail address.


Attach the shipping label onto the package and include the return slip inside the package.


Drop it of at your nearest service point. 


We handle all returns promptly, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within three business days, depending on bank or payment method.

    Download, print, and fill in the return slip.

  2. Prepare the package

    Pack your return items and the return slip in your return packaging. Make sure the package is packed securely and according to the carrier's requirements.

  3. Shipping label

    Download and print your shipping label.


    Affix the shipping label to the largest, flat surface of the package. Ensure that your shipping label is legible and do not cover the barcode with tape.

    Simply present the QR code below when handing in your package. The QR code has also been sent to your email.
